The Ministry of Education has announced that the upcoming release of the 2024/2025 SHS/TVET placement results will be completely free to access! This means you will no longer need to purchase a placement checker to find out your school placement results.

The Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) will be the platform through which you can check your results without any financial burden. This is a significant step towards making education more accessible and transparent for everyone.
If you’re eager to find out where you’ve been placed, follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the Official CSSPS Website: Go to https://www.cssps.gov.gh or https://www.cssps.org.
2. Enter Your Index Number: Input your ten-digit index number. Don’t forget to add “24” at the end to indicate the year of completion. For example, if your index number is 3584567890, you should enter it as 863156789863.
3. Click “Submit”: After entering your details, click the “Submit” button and patiently wait for your placement result to be displayed on the screen.
