Question 1: Is the lock rain proof?

Answer: The front ahndle with code has very good waterproof rubber that can resist to rain,.

Questions 2: how can i do reset to factory setting?

Answer: (open the metal cover) press and hold the initialization key on the back panel, and enter “000#”

Questions 3: Does it need a gateway to connect to wifi to unlock remotely?

Answer: no, it can connect directly to the wifi without the gateway

Question 4: can i use with power bank in emergency the power is dead?

Answer: Yes, there is external power supply interface, that you can charge it by power bank when the batteries run off.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation
