This agreement is made on (Date)………………………………,……. ……………………………………….between Web Tech Consult (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”) and (Client’s Name)……………………………………………………………………….. (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
Scope of Work: The Consultant agrees to provide website creation and consultancy services to the Client as outlined in the project proposal provided to the Client.
Payment Terms:
– 50% of the total project cost is due before work commences.
– The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
– Payments shall be made in both U$D and GHC equivalent to the Consultant’s designated account.
Project Deliverables:
The Consultant agrees to deliver the completed website project to the Client by (Project Completion Date).
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the progress of the project.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Termination of Agreement:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations under this contract.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of (Jurisdiction), and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
Acceptance:
