Web Tech Consult is seeking a qualified Managing Director and sales persons to lead our company as a prominent online business solution provider specializing in website development tailored to meet the needs of diverse business entities.
Our services range from creating responsive websites/blogs to developing e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of website development (from coding to content management systems and SEO implementation), and proficiency in graphic design would be advantageous.
The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering growth. Candidates must have a diploma certificate or higher qualification.
As part of the terms of employment, the selected individual will undergo a 12-month probationary period. During this time, they will receive a percentage-based reward of not less than 30% from contracts secured.
Following a successful probationary period and demonstrated commitment and excellence in their role, the Managing Director will transition to a fixed salary arrangement.
