How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of hometouchmall.com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Us buyer. Plug is not us plug, my fault… however i really like them. Each light comes with a transformer that can handle 110v so i just cut the plug and put on my own. In fact they’re such low wattage i can put all 3 together on one plug. I needed more and quite frankly just decided i’d buy the same thing again despite having to change the plug.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars, was I presumed they would include a UK Adaptor, or it should mention that it uses an EU plug for the socket. I will buy an adaptor for a few quid, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Added a lamp to pair with this one with a blue-red base – it looks wonderful. These lamps don’t blind the eyes, so they are suitable for living rooms.

Been using these for a few weeks now and am really happy. Dont get hot when there is a slight breeze from a small fan and measured they pull almost exactly 40w each. My indoor plants cannot keep up root production and i had to reduce light hours to stop defficiency symptoms ^^

Packaging is normal, normal cardboard box is send without cushioning material outside. Cardboard box is damaged in 4 places, maybe rough deal at airport. At inside, led panel is in cushione, but adapter and conecter of something is not fixed. I think this will cause some trouble. In my case, 3 panel have not some trouble, like 1 led is not work etc.

This is my 3rd repurchase. It’s bright and the plants grow well, so the value is the highest. There is some heat/current on the back plate, so it’s okay because I don’t have to touch it once I put it on. Apartment 1st floor Veranda was difficult to grow plants because there was not much light, but it was nice to find a cheap and performing product^^ No matter how many times I order, there is no damage to the product during delivery and I like it. Nice size, very light and doesn’t get hot or anything. Really good workmanship and a “long cable with on and off switches and plug.” In addition, a good hanging from rope, perfect. The price is unbeatably good. I am very satisfied. Now I just have to pass the practical test, but I’m not worried about it. One panel should be sufficient for about 90x90cm. That’s right, overall highly recommended.

Nice bright lights, easy to set up. Came with an EU plug which is a bit of a pain to have in the UK. The transformer is in a weird position, close to the lights, which makes it ugly and heavier. It would be nicer closer to the plug instead.

It came nicely packaged and really fast. I haven’t used them yet, i just tested wether they work, so i plan to update my review after a more prolonged time of use. The readings are from various distances from that quick test. I have high hopes for these lights. In the naked eye they look extremely bright, so hopefully my plants will concur. Now about the specs and the claims, this is 40w and allegedly gives you 1200w, well, another lamp i own allegedly gives you 300w and read similar, so there is that… On the quick test i didn’t feel any electrical current on the back of the plate like other commenters mentioned here, will see though.

Fast delivery to germany. Surprisingly accurate wattage. Around 400 PPFD about 40cm underneath each lamp, according to the Photon growers app on a Samsung S21Ultra. Beware of the ungrounded and electrified body of the lamp that actually gives you a current when touching it! It also smells of burned plastic, and I believe it’s dangerous and a firehazard that lowers this lamp from a 5-star to a 3. Tha plants grow, but is the low price worth the risk?
