It works perfectly if you run the deep mode dry cycle once, change the cloth, and run the deep mode with automatic water spray. Tip: for every 100ml, add 3 drops of neutral detergent.

We downloaded the app to the smartphone and set it to the Russian language, as it doesn’t understand Ukrainian. It works well. It cleaned the kitchen windows, which weren’t very dirty. It cleans perfectly, although the corners need a little scrubbing. I want to try it on really dirty surfaces. I recommend it!👍

The shipment was from Ukraine, so it took about a week from ordering to receiving. Delivered by NP. The washer itself is securely packed in a box, which is further packed in a shipping box. We’ve tested it so far on the window from the inside because it’s raining, but the instructions say not to use it in rainy or humid weather. It holds firmly on the window and cleans well (the most important thing is that I’m not the one doing it! 😁). I’m satisfied with the purchase and recommend it.

This is a very useful item. I bought a second one as a gift for friends. When using it, I recommend spraying the cloth from the sprayer so that it’s slightly damp and changing the cloth more often (after 1-2 windows, depending on size and dirtiness).

Sensational product… Cleans really well, it works! A few passes on the glass and we have cleaning. Of course it’s not perfect to look like it was made by human, but it works VERY well for a machine. It detects the corners, has vertical and horizontal modes, integration with Tuya system. I recommend!
