Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Didn’t turn on from the box. At first I thought about what a good seller, and gave a good discount on a non-working phone. Then I put it on charge via a USB tester. After 40 minutes, the phone crashed and began to charge fully. The battery was in a deep discharge. It is better to use another charger. The original one rotates to 9v_1.9A. I don’t think it’s good for the battery. I didn’t find the case for it, I took it from b1 pro. I sticked the shipping film on the back (it was marked with markings) from the cameras and tried through the thin tube of the hole in the eye of night vision. Don’t forget to peel off the films, otherwise then reviews appear_the cameras are cloudy and the screen does not work 😂 . The phone is good, I took it to replace the b2021. All stated functions work. Microphones are excellent, cameras are normal. The ring volume is slightly lower than on the old phone, there is no audio improvement in the menu.
