Genuinely think this was a solid buy. The ring itself fits smoothly and has no issues. A case and cable came along with it for charging and they also work fine. The app works well for me also. Some measurements might be a bit off for various reasons but it’s a good general idea of your health. Only really useful for monitoring and active lifestyles, though. All in all, it’s a great buy and a decent gift.

Pleasantly surprised, when I saw the other products of the same type at 10 times the price, I admit to being skeptical about the quality of this product. In short, the product measures precisely the number of steps (1000 no difference with my smartwatch). The heart rate measurement is relatively precise when resting but leaves something to be desired during activity. As for the stress measurement, sleep and saturation, I find these features relatively gadget. If, like me, you wish to wear your watches and still have an item that measures your daily efficiency, this product is made for you!

Cons – stress, temperature and application are not great. Can measure only in 30 minute intervals and gives weird assessments. Pros – heart rate and sleep monitoring is decent, as well as srv measurements and spo2. Long battery life. Good pedometer. Tl;dr – works well except for temperature and the application is a bit rigid and bad at some predictions.

These rings ended up being a bit larger for my finger than expected. When measuring your finger make sure that the string or tape measure is fairly taught.

Nice and small. Cardiac frequency accuracy similar to r10 (which is good, almost matches my garmin. Step counting worse than r03 which was already bad. R10 was much better, matching the garmin watch. Too bad.
