1. Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
2. 30-Day Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return: – The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. – It must be in the original packaging. – You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Refund Circumstances
You can request a full or partial refund if: – You do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (30 business days). – You received the wrong item. – The item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will not be granted if: – Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address). – Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., delayed by customs or natural disasters).
4. Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@hometouchmall.com first. We will provide you with the specific instructions and the return address for our nearest processing center. Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
