1. Total Delivery Responsibility

In accordance with Incoterms® DAP (Delivered at Place), the seller bears all risks and costs associated with transporting the goods to the customer’s specified location.

2. Mandatory Proof of Delivery (PoD)

Sellers must provide a valid proof of delivery for every transaction before full funds are released. Accepted methods include:

• Electronic PoD (ePoD): A digital timestamp and GPS coordinates of the delivery location.
• Photo Confirmation: A photograph of the package at the customer’s door (for contactless delivery).
• Signature Confirmation: A digital or physical signature from the recipient.

3. Pre-Approval Verification

Before your account is activated, you must submit your fulfillment plan. This includes:

• Carrier Partnerships: List of courier services you use (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or verified local couriers).
• Tracking Systems: The means by which you will provide tracking numbers to customers within 24 hours of an order.
