How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

I purchased this blood pressure monitor to evaluate this instrument and its precise function as many of my patients ask me for recommendation of a reliable brand. I have the following observations: 1. The product arrived in reasonable tme but seller did not contact me. I came with other items i purchased via Mobile Money. On inspection the box of the monitor did not specify if it is prime style, expanded style or basic style. 2. The instructions manual was in very small print and difficult to read. A glass magnifierhad to be used. Lots of mistakes in english writing. 3. In the box i could not find the “there is a pair of random zn-mn batteris in the instrument, which is in order to display to customers to confirm is good before buying. No ac adaptpr model rcl -065003 came inside the monitor box. Manual was dated 2018 which needs updating.

The goods arrived in the Dnieper by mist express within two weeks. All arrived in a common package, the box was slightly crumpled… But everything is whole. The device works from Type-C cord and from batteries. For the correct measurement, you need to sit down at the table and put your hand on the table motionless. With this hand position, all measurements are correct. If you measure in other positions, the hand can twitch and show complete nonsense. You must adhere to the instructions and everything will be fine. I recommend the seller.

It is a brace tension meter perfectly utilizable for the same. You can put batteries in it (I haven’t tried it) and you can take it wherever you want. Or you can use it with a USB C cable and it works perfectly. It should not have a battery, because as soon as you remove the cable it disconnects. The important thing is that the tension is taken correctly. The top part of the arm is disconnected. The nurse recommended this one to me better than the doll one when I consulted her. It arrived super fast. Everything was fine.
