Power Supply Charging Functions

1. Charging Protection Mode (Toggle Switch to Left) In this mode, the power supply automatically identifies positive and negative polarity.

Correct Connection: When the battery terminals are connected correctly, the system automatically begins charging, and the output indicator light turns green.
Reverse Connection: If the battery terminals are reversed, the reverse connection indicator light turns red, and the system enters protection mode with no output.
Reset Procedure: When replacing a battery, the system must be powered off to reset. Once the green indicator light goes out and the system has successfully reset, you may connect the next battery.

2. Power Mode (Toggle Switch to Right) In this mode, the device provides direct output without reverse charging protection features.

Level 2 Protection: If a human error occurs or the battery is reversed while in power mode, the system utilizes Level 2 protection. A reverse protection diode and DC fuse will activate to cut off power output.
Restoration: After a Level 2 protection event, the corresponding protective components must be replaced to restore operation.

3. Indicator Light Guide

Charging Mode:
- Blue: Normal internal output; displays power supply output voltage.
- Green: Normal charging output.
- Red: Reversed battery connection.
Power Mode:
- Blue and Green: Both lights are illuminated simultaneously.
